Description

The TimeJulianToYMDHMS function converts a time expressed as seconds from the start of the year, into a year, month, day, hour,minute and second.

The time to convert is given by the argument yrsec and yr. The converted time and date are stored at the locations pointed to by the arguments mo, dy, hr, mt, and sc.
