Description

The TimeYMDHMSToYrsec function converts a time expressed as a year, month, day, hour,minute and second, into seconds from the start of the year.

The time to convert is given by the arguments yr, mo, dy, hr, mt, and sc.

Returns
Returns the number of seconds from the start of the year, on success. On error (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error (-1) is returned.
