Description

The TimeYMDHMSToEpoch function converts a time expressed as a year, month, day, hour,minute and second, into seconds from 0:00UT January 1, 1970.

The time to convert is given by the arguments yr, mo, dy, hr, mt, and sc.

Returns
Returns the number of seconds from 0:00UT January 1, 1970, on success. On error (-1) is returned.
Errors
On error (-1) is returned.
